product to our customer, we have back-up equipment that
provides duplicate processing capabilities.

quick-change capabilities at Pridgeon & Clay enhance
our manufacturing flexibility to better respond to
customer pull demand as we are able to run smaller
lot quantities within shorter lead times.

Process Improvement Teams continually evaluate our
manufacturing processes for cost improvements in order
to maintain competitive pricing.
