Global Build Manager - Machine Build
17 Years at Pridgeon & Clay
Why did you come to Pridgeon & Clay?
My high school offered a school to work program during my junior year. My sister was a press operator here and my dad was a tool & die maker.
What do you do now?
As head of the global build team, I analyze and design solutions for new product builds and improve our processes. I handle the tool room and global issues, sharing our best practices for the corporation.
What is interesting about your job?
There are continuous opportunities to improve myself and others. Every day there is something to look forward to, a challenge out there that allows me to improve myself and the organization.
What makes Pridgeon & Clay a great place to work?
There is an open-door, open communication policy here. If you see something and want to improve something, there are not a lot of chains of command that you have to work through. If you have an idea, you can own it and make it happen here.
