Pridgeon & Clay has long valued the education of the next generation of professionals. Our internship program provides students with hands-on experience to connect real-world projects to theories and skills learned in the classroom. The program is supported by all levels of leadership and a strong mentor relationship.
At Pridgeon and Clay, our internship program is geared toward developing college students for their professional careers in the Manufacturing field. We offer the opportunity to work one-on-one with our best and brightest employees and managers to help advance skills, build education and advance in projects that have a new impact on the business.
Apprenticeship programs are a great way to earn compensation, gain experience and obtain a Journeyperson Card! P&C has a program that is completely paid for (not reimbursed). Our apprentices work directly with a Journeyperson Mentor, the program allows you to be eligible for wage increases at program milestones, is registered with the Department of Labor (DOL), and provides opportunities for exposure to various departments. Apprenticeship Programs are available for: Tool & Die Maker, Weld Technician, CNC/Laser Programmer, CMM Technician, and Maintenance Technician.
